Android 13 QPR1 will now be distributed for the still supported Google Pixel phones, Pixel 4a, Pixel 4a 5G, Pixel 5, Pixel 5a, Pixel 6, Pixel 6 Pro and Pixel 6a. Yes, you read that correctly, even though the final Android 13 update has already been rolled out, Google is continuing its beta program.

Google hasn't yet released a factory image or OTA files for this major QPR1 update, but according to the Google beta webpage, it could be at any moment. If you like, you can still sign up for the Android beta program.

The QPR1 update is a major quarterly update that aims to fix all sorts of bugs and is the first for Android 13. Most recently, we received the QPR3 update for Android 12 in June, which fixed at least 35 bugs.
