WhatsApp rolls out a beta via the Google Play Store and lifts the version to 2.22.16.3. And the new trial version also brings an exciting innovation, WhatsApp is working on voice notes for status updates.

WhatsApp is planning another new feature. And a pretty exciting one. In the future you should also be able to fill your status with voice notes. The new feature is to be called "language status".

There should also be end-to-end encryption for the language status. And of course this status will only be visible to the people you have approved for it. When the feature will finally be distributed is not yet known.
