Xiaomi Redmi 10 was released in India
Xiaomi has finally launched the Redmi 10 on schedule in India. The company's latest affordable smartphone replaces the Redmi 9 in 2020, which brings a new design and a better set of specifications.
The Redmi 10, like any other economical smartphone, has a plastic body. The phone has a new island camera design that also includes a fingerprint sensor on the back. Available in Midnight Black, Pacific Blue, and Caribbean Green.
The phone has a 6.71-inch (LCD) display with pixel resolution (FHD +), a refresh rate of 60 Hz and a brightness of 400 nits. The screen is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3 and has a drop cut. The device is Widevine L1 certified for HD streaming on popular streaming applications such as Netflix, Prime Video, and Disney + Hotstar.
This phone has a Snapdragon Qualcomm 680 SoC processor with LPDDR4x RAM and UFS 2.2 internal memory. MIUI 13 based on Android 11 will boot in this phone.
The Xiaomi Redmi 10 uses a dual camera system on the back consisting of a 50-megapixel main sensor and a 2-megapixel depth sensor for photography and video recording. While for selfies and video calls, there is a 5 megapixel camera on the front.
This smartphone has two SIM card slots, 4G connectivity, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0 and GNSS. Other features include a dedicated MicroSD card slot, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and a USB Type-C port.
Finally, the Redmi 10 is powered by a 6000 mAh battery with 18-watt fast charge support and a 10-watt charger.
Redmi 10 is sold in India with the following price tag:
4GB + 64GB - Rs 10,999 (about $ 149)
6GB + 128GB - Rs 12,999 (about $ 175)
