Realme, the youngest among the top 6 smartphone brands in the world, has risen to be the fastest growing smartphone brand in the world for the first time. The growth has enabled Realme to rank in the top 5 for 5G smartphone shipments across 20 global markets.

According to the latest report from Counterpoint Research, Realme's 5G shipments grew the most of any major smartphone brand in the fourth quarter of 2021, with year-on-year growth of 165 percent. Rapid growth has been fueled by the company's expansion into Western European countries such as Italy, Spain, France, the UK and Switzerland.

To further demonstrate its commitment to premium 5G services and experiences, two weeks ago at MWC 2022 in Barcelona, ​​Realme unveiled the premium flagship realme GT 2 Pro smartphone and announced the realme GT NEO 3 with 150W charging power.
