No chance for Android: the iPhone processor is really that powerful
Android fans have to be brave now: the brand new processor in the iPhone 13 models is actually even more powerful than Apple itself claims. Even the best Android smartphones can no longer keep up.
The processor of the iPhone 13 beats the Android competition by lengths
With the new iPhones, Apple has also presented a new processor . The A15 Bionic is so powerful that Apple can pat itself on the back again. How much better it is in comparison, Apple has also named: It should be a full 50 percent that distinguishes the A15 from other processors. As it turns out, the iPhone processor can do even more.
According to a study by AnandTech, the A15 from Apple is 62 percent more powerful than the SoCs of the competition. In addition, it should be designed so efficiently that the increased energy consumption of the best processor cores does not play a role in everyday life.
According to the experts, Apple has also outdone itself when it comes to graphics performance. With the A15 this is nothing less than "unbeatable", they say. The continuous improvements have meant that the processor is now the measure of all things, especially when it comes to gaming. A comparison with Android cell phones is currently simply "unfair", as the game is simply played in different leagues (source: AnandTech).

Strong Apple processor: Android world lags behind
Apple's renewed dominance is unlikely to change in the near future, at least. The hottest candidate in the Android world is the upcoming Qualcomm processor , which should be called Snapdragon 895 or Snapdragon 898.
The high-end processor for Android phones will apparently use a new 4-nanometer process and be around 20 percent faster than its predecessor. The Snapdragon 895/898 will probably not come close to the performance of the A15 from Apple. A performance can be expected towards the end of the year.
