The Chinese manufacturer Realme is expanding its 8 series with the Realme 8i. Unlike the standard version, the upcoming mobile phone will have a display with a refresh rate of a full 120 Hertz - even though it is a fairly inexpensive mobile phone.

The manufacturer specifies a diagonal of 6.6 inches and the resolution is 2,400 x 1,080 pixels. In addition, there is a strong brightness of up to 600 nits. The large display is supported by a battery with a capacity of 5,000 mAh . USB-C is available as a connection, the charging process takes place with 18 watts. For the processor, the decision was made for the Helio G96 from MediaTek with 4 or 6 GB of RAM and 64 or 128 GB of expandable permanent storage (UFS 2.1).
