OnePlus 8 series gets OxygenOS 11 Beta 2
The OnePlus 8 series is currently getting OxygenOS 11 Beta 2. So you can keep looking for bugs in the new firmware.
OnePlus is now distributing the open beta 2 of OxygenOS 11 based on Android 11 for interested users of a OnePlus 8 or OnePlus 8 Pro. There are a few other improvements. The changelog reveals what has been fixed.
For the first time, the manufacturer is heavily adapting the user interface so that it looks less like the OxygenOS that we know and more like Samsung's One UI user interface.
