Xiaomi improves MIUI s Super Moon mode allowing sharper and more detailed captures
Among the photographic advances that Xiaomi has been introducing in MIUI we find the Super Luna scene . This, based on Artificial Intelligent, is capable of detecting when we are focusing on the Moon itself, altering after that the level of exposure and the zoom of the camera of our smartphone.
Thanks to this we can get quite interesting snapshots of the satellite but nothing to do with those that we can take thanks to the new SuperMoon mode that Xiaomi is preparing and that already appears in the source code of the MIUI camera app.
And it seems that, as Deiki of XDA-Developers has discovered, Xiaomi has been testing a new SuperMoon or Super Luna mode, which would no longer appear as an AI scene in the camera application , but instead becomes a mode as if Portrait mode, Night mode, etc.
With its own watermark and only available on devices with optical zoom
As we can see in the source code of the MIUI 12 camera app, this new SuperMoon mode would integrate its own watermark and would only be available on those Xiaomi devices that have optical zoom .
With this, smartphones such as the Xiaomi Mi 10 Pro or the Xiaomi Mi 10 Youth Edition, will be able to squeeze their stabilized telephoto lens , obtaining captures of the Moon with a greater definition than that provided by itself with the Super Moon Scene that they currently have.
In addition, this new improvement of the Super Moon mode will have a more advanced capture assistant , which will guide us more accurately to the current one in order to capture the moon in great detail.
In short, a quite interesting advance that as usual will come first to the Chinese ROM of MIUI 12. After that, it will only be left to wait until Xiaomi decides or not to launch it in the Global version.
The Xiaomi entry enhances MIUI's Super Moon mode by allowing sharper and more detailed captures was first published on XIAOMIADICTOS: Xiaomi News and Updates website .
