Why spend 5000 PLN, if there is POCO F2 Pro for half this amount
How much do you have to pay for the latest smartphone with a top specification? Not five, not four, or even not three thousand. zł. POCO F2 Pro with the price of PLN 2499 really gives food for thought. From today you can buy a smartphone in Poland.
Poco smartphones are not yet widely known in Poland, but technology fans have long known what they can count on after this brand. The company started as a cheap Xiaomi department, and the first model was Pocophone F1 . It was made on average, but it cost PLN 1,500 and offered components straight from top smartphones.
His successor was Poco X2 , shown in February, which quite radically changed the company's previous philosophy. The components were no longer top, but the plastics gave way to more durable materials. In a word, it was just a decent mid-range smarton.
Poco F2 Pro is the banner of flesh and blood.
The smartphone has just been sold in Poland. If you have the impression that the specifications and appearance of this device are strangely familiar, intuition tells you well. Poco F2 Pro is in fact known since February Redmi K30 Pro. The producer in the official western distribution focuses on the Poco brand.
If you remember Redmi K30 Pro, you know that we are talking about a smartphone with top parameters. This is also the case with Poco F2 Pro, which is based on the Snapdragon 865 processor with 5G network support.
There are two variants of memory. We will pay PLN 2,699 in the official Polish distribution for the 8 GB RAM and 256 GB data option, and we will pay PLN 2,499 for the cheaper 6 GB RAM and 128 GB option. These prices can be found in authorized Mi Store showrooms and in electromarket chains.
Other parameters of Poco F2 Pro are also at a very high level.
The device is large and its AMOLED screen has up to 6.67 inches diagonal and Full HD + resolution. The panel has a very high brightness, reaching up to 1200 nits, so it is not surprising that it supports the HDR10 standard. The brightness is to be very well adjusted to the environmental conditions, because the light sensor is not only on the front, but also on the back of the smartphone.
The AMOLED screen is stretched over the entire front of the device, because there is a retractable selfie camera. It has a resolution of 20 megapixels. There is a built-in fingerprint reader on the screen surface.
The battery has a large capacity of 4700 mAh and supports fast charging technology in 30 W.
Connectivity standards include Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.1, NFC and even infrared, thanks to which the smartphone can act as a remote control for various electronic devices. The housing has a 3.5 mm jack socket. The whole works under the control of Android 10 with the MIUI overlay.
On the back there are four cameras: main (64 MP, f / 1.7), macro (5 MP, focal length x2 relative to the main camera), ultra wide angle (13 MP, viewing angle 123 degrees) and responsible for the depth of the image (2 MP ). In addition, the smartphone records 8K video in 24 fps and 4K in 60 fps.
As you can see, here we have a specification straight from the top models, at a price starting from 2.5 thousand. zł. Such premieres give food for thought, if you really have to pay PLN 4 or 5 thousand for a top smartphone.
