Crew Dragon takes astronauts into space. Here is the SpaceX flight schedule minute by minute
The flight of Crew Dragon planned for today on board the International Space Station (ISS) is the most important flight in the history of SpaceX. This time, the risk of failure does not only mean a loss of load, because today astronauts will be on board.
The success of the mission will mean the return of the US to the forefront, which are countries able to independently carry astronauts into orbit. What will astronauts day look like?
Bob Behnken and Doug Hurley will start today's day a few hours before the scheduled start from the briefing, where they will undergo a briefing on the current weather situation. Just a few days ago, the risk of flight delay due to adverse weather conditions was quite high. Currently the weather situation is improving, so the chances of taking off today are increasing.

- Astronauts put on coveralls.
- Checking the correctness of wearing the suits.
- Transfer to the LC-39A start platform by Tesla Model X (20 minutes).

- Entry of astronauts to the upper level of the start tower, at a height of 80 m.
- The astronauts enter the Crew Dragon capsule installed on top of the Falcon 9 rocket.
- Strapping to the crew seats.
- Checking communication systems and tightness of overalls.

- Closing manhole capsule Crew Dragon.

- The controllers give (or not) a green light to start refueling.

- The access arm moves away from the rocket.

- Arming the crew capsule rescue system.

- Start refueling the rocket.

- Mooring at the International Space Station, over 19 hours after launch.
The Crew Dragon ship and crew will remain moored to the International Space Station for a period of 1 to 4 months. The decision to return the ship and crew to Earth will be taken at a later date.
